Dr. Williams provides comprehensive care to her patients in the office setting. Although she does not manage care during hospital stays, she remains affiliated with Samaritan Medical Center as a Community Active Staff Member. If a patient is admitted to the hospital, their care is overseen by the Hospitalist Program at SMC, whose physicians specialize exclusively in treating hospitalized patients. Once discharged, patients return to our office to resume follow-up care with their primary care provider (PCP). Our practice offers a Transitional Care Management (TCM) program that monitors your hospital stay from initial admission through discharge. This process helps ensure your PCP is informed about your hospital course and progress, and is well prepared for your follow-up visit in our office.
